Access lot gate keys exchanged & dues received at the access lot. Please bring all old keys for recycling (melted down).
$50 annual dues payments - please mail & make check payable to Bahia Bay Homeowners Association, P.O. Box 1202, Cornelius, NC 28031 and please write your property address on your check. Need your key please contact treasure Holly Millsaps at 704-996-9849 & treasurer@bahiabay.org. (Please be respectful to our treasurer/s by calling ahead and appropriate times).
We have neighborhood watch & please call police with any suspicious activity.
